The PH412 Vertical Radial Extrusion Pipe Making Machine is an extreme high efficiency pipe making machine that can produce DN300 to DN1200 with the length of 2500mm to 3000mm.
working principle:Drived by a rotation of the spindle, the rolling&pressing head squeeze and smooth the dry concrete in the mean while the dry concrete is being thrown onto the inner pipe mould surface under the centrifugal force by the rolling&pressing head. Along with the rising of the spindle, an reinforced concrete pipe is formed.
Characteristic:
1. very easy operation: only 1 worker can operate the machine.
2. extremely high productivity: to produce a pipe with the diameter of DN300 to DN1200 only take 2 to 5 minute, 150pcs or more can be produced per 8hours shift.
3. pipe is accurate dimensions, high strength.
